Jigar Kaleja is a Hindi drama movie starring Mahesh Babu and Anushka Shetty, directed by Trivikram Srinivas. It is the Hindi dub of the Telugu superhit Khaleja. The film was dubbed in Tamil as Bhadra, Bengali as Ekai Eksho and in Oriya as Abatar. The people of Pali village are dying and the headman predicts God will come to their rescue.

In a remote village, Pali, in Andhra Pradesh, many people are dying from an unknown cause. The village head predicts that God will come to their rescue and cure them. He sends Sidhappa (Shafi) to find him and bring him to their village.

Meanwhile, Alluri Seetarama Raju alias Raju (Mahesh Babu) is a taxi driver who lives with his grandfather (Kota Srinivasa Rao), who is a teacher. Raju is currently in Rajasthan in search of the family of a man named Bilavar Singh. He meets Baabji (Sunil) who comes to Rajasthan to shoot a travel documentary.

Raju introduces himself to Baabji and tells him of his background. He knows a girl named Subhashini (Anushka Shetty), whom he considers bad luck. Previously he encountered her in various occasions in which she damages his taxi due to her careless driving. Raju lands in hospital one day when Subhashini mixes epsom salt laxative (constipation treatment), intended for someone else, in Raju's coffee thinking that it is sugar, when Raju meets her at a coffee shop to collect the 

Raju falls in love with The remote village of Pali is plagued by a mystery illness that starts to kill the inhabitants one by one and the village priest predicts that their savior will soon come down to rescue them. Meanwhile, Raju (Mahesh Babu), a taxi driver happens to unwittingly get mixed up in a case of brutal murder of two people. Since his taxi is battered in the incident, he goes to Rajasthan to handover compensation to one of the victim's family. On his way back he crosses paths with Subhashini (Anushka) and runs into trouble with GK's (Prakash Raj) Goons. After escaping certain death, they both run into the village of Pali. Raju is hailed as a God by the villagers and they crown him as their savior. How are Raju, Subhashini, GK and the village of Pali interlinked? Can Raju save the village of Pali in time?
